In this Kickstarter campaign, the company will unveil two products: the "Air Flow Jacket" and the "Air Flow Vest."

At the core of the product is a proprietary internal air structure. Deflating the Air Flow Jacket reduces the product's volume, transforming it into a slim, lightweight silhouette. In warmer environments, such as indoor spaces or public transportation, the volume can be reduced for more comfortable wear, whereas during travel or transit, the deflated volume allows for easy portability and storage. Conversely, inflating the jacket expands the internal air structure into a voluminous fit, creating an insulating air layer around the body to provide cushioning and thermal insulation. Users can adapt their experience with the garment based on the day's weather, activities, and desired style.

Another key feature is the use of the air layer as an insulating structure without relying on animal-derived filling materials. The Aero System is engineered to reduce body heat loss by creating an air layer between fabric panels. Internal air channels distribute air evenly throughout the garment, creating a consistent insulating layer rather than concentrating inflation in specific areas

The Air Flow Vest features a distinct air structure designed with mobility in mind. Inflating the vest creates space between the garment and the body to minimize direct contact, while a perforated structure incorporated into the air cells alongside vent holes helps exhaust heat and moisture generated during activity. Simultaneously, the air structure fits securely around the body to reduce garment movement. It can be worn alone as a lightweight outer layer or layered under an outer shell as a mid-layer when extra warmth is needed, making it suitable for various environments.

Air volume is controlled through the Quick Aero Valve System. Users can inflate or deflate the garment using the valve, quickly altering the garment's volume as needed. For everyday practical use, the garments also feature waterproof and windproof coated fabrics, antistatic treatment, stretch materials, and articulated paneling.

The Aero System was developed through multiple prototypes and tests, moving from concept to actual wearability. The development process evaluated air inflation and deflation, pressure distribution during wear, and durability under repeated use. Furthermore, a punched structure was added to the vest to improve breathability, while the jacket's pattern and structure were refined to maintain a natural sleeve silhouette even when inflated.
